A suspected bandit is shot in the face during an attempted robbery in Tobago.
It is reported the man was trying to gain entry to the vacation home of an off duty policeman, in Black Rock.

The incident occurred on Tuesday. 

The suspect, known to the police, is now hospitalised in a serious condition.
