Jessie Mascall is shot dead in Petit Valley.

That incident took place at Ravine Bata Circular around 12:45 yesterday morning.

A man told the police he was walking in the area when he heard gunshots.

He told investigators upon checking he found Mr. Mascall lying in a track with several bullet wounds to his face.

The District Medical Officer was contacted and pronounced him dead at the scene. Investigations are underway.
