Bar owners are seeing financial turn around in the future.

This as full service resumed on Monday with alcohol being sold on the premises to patrons.

Speaking with Newscenter 5 this morning, President of the representing association Satesh Manosar said it has been a long awaited move.

However he says things have started slowly but he is hoping that changes soon.

He warns that the association will not tolerate a breach of COVID protocols by either owners or patrons.
