A 19 year old man is shot and killed in east Port of Spain. He is identified as Kadeem Richardson.

He was gunned down on Duncan street this morning.

Reports say gunshots were heard in the area at around 9 o’clock. It is said upon investigating residents found Mr Richardson lying in a pool of blood.

The police were contacted and officers of the Besson St police station responded. Mr Richardson was rushed to the Port of Spain general Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Mr Richardson lived at Factory road, Diego Martin.

Police are searching for suspects.
