A teenage boy is one of two people shot dead in Cascade.

The boy is Micah Payne and the other fatality is 37-year-old Lincoln ‘Yankee’ Gopiechan.

Micah was from Foncette Road, Cascade, while Mr. Gopiechan was from Trincity.

An 18-year-old man from Cascade was also shot and wounded during an incident, which is reported to have occurred last evening just before 7 o’clock.

Police say a group of friends was liming at Foncette Road when a vehicle pulled up.

It is reported some men got out of the AD Wagon and fired shots at the group.

The gunmen returned to the car and drove off.

Micah, Mr. Gopiechan and the other man were hit.

The wounded man was up to last evening warded at the Port of Spain General Hospital where he was listed in a serious condition.
