Police are now seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing schoolgirl. (centre)

Shemika Phillip of Ten Chains, Roxborough was reported missing on Thursday by her cousin Annalisa Roberts.

Shemika is a form 2 student at the Harmon School of S.D.A.

She was last seen leaving home to attend classes at the school around 8am on Wednesday.

Shemika is of African descent, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and of medium built.

She was last seen dressed in a grey and red sweat pants and a white jersey.

Anyone with information on Shemika Phillip’s whereabouts is asked to contact the police.
