Development in Boodo-Ramsoomair case
There is a development in the manslaughter case brought against three doctors, by the widower of Crystal Boodoo-Ramsoomair.
But the attorney representing Lorne Ramsoomair, will not say if a settlement has been reached.
Mrs. Boodoo-Ramsoomair died, while undergoing a C-section at the San Fernando general hospital in 2011.
Her husband Lorne Ramsoomair took legal action against doctors Mondira Seenath, Depavali Ramballack and Ashmeed Mohammed.
Yesterday Mr Ramsoomair withdrew the manslaughter charges.
