The president of the Joint Trade Union Movement slams opposition MP Dr. Surujrattan Rambachan, saying the labour movement is not for sale.

This follows questions from the Tabaquite MP about government’s 15mil allocation to labour in the national budget.

On Wednesday Dr. Rambachan asked if he money was payback for the labour movement’s support of the PNM in the general election.

Yesterday, head of the JTUM Ancel Roget said he was out of place to make such statements.
