Finance Minister Colm Imbert again says the GATE funding at all non-accredited institutions will be cut.

He was speaking at yesterday’s Post Cabinet news briefing when he said GATE needed to be adjusted.

Minister Imbert said the lower energy prices means it cannot be business as usual.

Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley also addressed the issue while speaking with students in Jamaica during his visit.

Dr. Rowley returned to the country yesterday.
