In the Bahamas, a domestic dispute has a deadly end.

Two women were stabbed by a man known to them.

The incident occurred off Fire Trail Road in Nassau at around 10 o’clock yesterday morning.

Press Liason Officer for the Bahamas Police Force, Assistant Superintendent Audley Peters said one of the victims is wounded at hospital.

She is believed to be the daughter of the dead woman.

The officer said a male suspect is in custody.

A neighbour of one of the victims told reporters the wounded woman ran to her house asking for help.

She said a blood soaked man with a knife came out of the house and threatened them before he fled the scene.
