This time the measure is targeting August Town, St. Andrew.

Yesterday at a news conference, Prime Minister Andrew Holness announced what has become a familiar tool in his government’s bid to curb the murders and other crimes in parts of the country.

Police Commissioner, Antony Anderson said gangs are in control and there the ZOSO is needed.

The Commissioner said guns are the main weapons of choice by those operating in the areas.
