President of the Penal\Debe Chamber of Commerce Rampersad Suraj says the fiscal package delivered by the finance minister raises many red flags.

He questions the benefits to the ordinary man on the ground.

According to him this is an absence of incentives for the man on the ground.

Mr. Suraj says a lot of what was promised in the budget was promised before.

He says the state must do better.

He further says the incentives for small and medium business enterprises will not redound to any real benefits for small operators.

He says this is a serious concern to the chamber.
