Two women are among three people now on a total of 3.5 million dollars bail after they were allegedly found in possession of Rifles at a house in Marabella.
An accountant with the Ministry of National Security, 57-year-old Zarina Yusuf, 28-year-old accounts clerk, Nikita Prince and 30-year-old Alexander Zan Louison have been charged with possession of 3 rifles for the purpose of trafficking.
They were allegedly found in a house on Gopaul Street, Marabella last Thursday.
Police say a total of 180 rounds of ammunition were also found.
Mr. Louison was also charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.
Senior magistrate, Joanne Connor placed each of the women on 1 million dollars bail, while Mr. Louison was granted 1.5 million dollars bail.
They are to report twice weekly to the Marabella Police Station and the matters were adjourned to June 12th.
