Police are still looking for the killer of 43-year-old Selwyn Alexander. Mr. Alexander was shot dead last Saturday evening in Petit Valley.

He was from Hummingbird Circular, Petit Valley.

Police reports are saying at around 9pm residents reported hearing several loud explosions in the area. When officers arrived on the scene, they found Mr. Alexander lying on the ground with several bullet wounds about the body.

He was pronounced dead on the scene by a district medical officer. Police are not yet sure why Mr. Alexander was killed. They say he was not known to be involved in criminal activities.

His body was removed to the Forensic Sciences Centre, where an autopsy is expected to be performed today.
