More rain expected today. The Met office says people in some parts should also prepare for floods and landslips.

Over the past few days, there have been heavy showers, which have caused flooding in some parts of the country.

Earlier today, Senior Meteorologist Gary Benjamin said, people need to take precautionary measures in light of what is expected. But at the same time, Mr. Benjamin is saying there is no need for worry, because what is being experienced now is not unusual.

He insisted, Trinidad and Tobago is not under any storm watch or warning.
