Man shot in Tobago dies 2 days after

Thirty-four-year-old Frankie Dickson James has died at hospital, 2 days after he was shot in Tobago.

Mr. James died yesterday morning at the Scarborough General Hospital.

Last Sunday he was shot in the abdomen during an incident, which also claimed the life of Keron Sealey of Milford Court.

That incident occurred at Milford Road, Crown Point.

An off duty police officer is said to have intervened during a reported cutlass attack.

It is alleged the officer shot Mr. Sealey because he posed a threat to his life.

The officer is said to have shot 32-year-old Mr. Selaey several times.

A bullet also hit Mr. James.
