120 thousand dollars for Nicholas Neptune charged with the rape and assault of a an elderly nurse. The 20 year old appeared before a Port-of-Spain Magistrate yesterday.

Mr Neptune was represented by defence attorney Keith Scotland. He appeared before Magistrate Maureen Baboolal Gafour in the the Seventh Court.

The matter was adjourned to November 16.

Mr Neptune, a security officer is accused of sexually and physically assaulting the nurse at the St James District Hospital.

The incident took place last week. He was the security officer on duty at the facility. The victim reported to police that she was trapped, beaten and raped.
