One Carnival stakeholder says the National Carnival Commission’s products have failed to attract patrons for years now.

And 3 Canal’s Wendell Manwarren believes this is because the NCC is lacking vision as it relates to Carnival.

Mr. Manwarren is going a step further to challenge the notion that the NCC is in fact responsible for Carnival in Trinidad and Tobago.

He said in the absence of Carnival last year there were efforts but those risks were not taken this time around.

He said 3 Canal would be doing live performances during the week of Carnival as part of a series at the Sound Forge event space.
