Dillian Johnson, the man at the center of allegations levelled against the Chief Justice, is shot and wounded. The incident occurred last night.

According to reports at around 10.30 p.m., Mr Johnson was in the porch of his Gasparillo home, when he was approached by an armed assailant who opened fire on him before escaping.

We are told, Mr Johnson was grazed by a bullet to the left hand and stomach.

36 year old Mr Johnson, contacted police, who rushed him to hospital.

Mr Johnson, who has described himself as a friend of Archie, was treated at the San Fernando General Hospital. He is expected to be interviewed by officers today.
