Central Divison Police are continuing investigations into the murder of Larry Sieunarine.

38-year-old Mr. Sieunarine was shot and killed at his Esperanza Village home, Couva.

Reports say that shortly after midnight on Thursday, Mr. Sieunarine was asleep with his wife when two armed men stormed the house.

The assailants then allegedly opened fire on Mr. Sieunarine hitting him several times about the body.

He died at the scene.

Reports say the gunmen fled the scene on foot.

His wife and 16-year-old son reportedly remained unharmed.

It is said Mr. Sieunarine was a truck driver by profession.
