Another appeal from the visually impaired Trinidad and Tobago national stuck in St. Lucia.

After begging to return home for several weeks, Patrick Jaglalsingh claims he is at the end of the road and feels suicidal.

Mr. Jaglalsingh claims that countless attempts to get a response from National Security Minister Stuart Young have proven futile.

He says he wants to come home, dead or alive.

He is calling on the Minister to help him out.

His cause is also being supported by the Blind Welfare Assocation of Trinidad and Tobago, which yesterday issued a statement on Mr. Jaglalsingh’s behalf.
