Another walkout in the Bahamas, this time by workers of the Ministry of Education.

The workers say someone in the building is believed to be COVID positive and nothing has been done to protect them.

Employee Barry Stuart this morning said the building needs to be sanitized.

President of the Bahamas Public Services Union, Kimsley Ferguson says he has been getting similar concerns in other parts of the sector.

Mr. Ferguson says in various Ministries people are not adhering to the COVID-19 protocols.
