The former Political Leader of the opposition Barbados Labour Party, Owen Arthur tells those in charge to stop airing their dirty laundry in public.
Mr. Arthur’s advice comes as the controversy continues over the sitting MP for Christ Church West who is facing disciplinary action from within the BLP.
Dr. Maria Agard has to face the National Council of the BLP on nine disciplinary charges.
Mr. Arthur said yesterday the situation is a tragedy and very unfortunate.
He said the country is seeing some difficult economic times and the BLP must show it can manage its affairs in a respectable way.
The situation regarding Dr. Agard has been occupying media attention over the past few weeks.
