The man seeking to become Political Leader of the opposition United National Congress is accused of supporting and endorsing the failed Kamla 2015 election campaign. Dr. Roodal Moonilal is being told he should be the last to criticise the campaign.

Addressing supporters at Rienzi Complex last week Dr. Moonilal took a jab at the Kamla 2015 general election campaign. But some have said it was Dr. Moonilal who brought the campaign team into the country and he endorsed Kamla 2015.

The UNC insiders say they are now surprised to hear Dr. Moonilal talking against the campaign. Yesterday another hopeful for the post of Political Leader, Vasant Barath confirmed Dr. Moonilal was responsible for the British campaign team.

However, he could not say if Dr. Moonilal had anything to do with the election strategy. Also Mr. Barath is expressing early concerns about a fair internal election.

Mr. Barath is claiming that people have been sending text messages to members on his behalf seeking support. But he says those messages did not come from him. The UNC internal elections are carded for December 5^th .
