The North Side Road heading into Castara will be partially open today to facilitate the reopening of schools in Tobago.

The north side road between Castara Down River and the “Welcome to Castara” sign was closed to all traffic last week Tuesday.

The closure came following a rotational failure of the slope in this area following weeks of heavy rain.
