One hundred and fifty thousand dollars bail for a man charged with engaging in a sexual activity in the presence of a child.

The 40-year-old man is alleged to have committed the crime on July 15^th last year.

The child was then 5-years-old.

Police arrested the man on February 26^th this year.

He has to return to court on March 28^th.
