Minister of Works and Transport Rohan Sinanan assures the Superfast Galacia would be operational over the Easter holidays.

He gave the assurance in the Senate earlier.

The Minister said while there are plans to do away with the vessel, it would be sailing between Trinidad and Tobago over the Easter period

Speaking during the answer for oral question session in the upper house, Mr Sinanan said, plans are underway to purchase of a new vessel.
