Police are investigating several killings and gruesome discoveries today.
Among the dead are popular radio announcer Elijah Babb.
Mr. Babb worked as a deejay, for sister station red96.7fm and was known as “Sugars”.
He was 27 years old.
He was shot at point blank range in Laventille, at around 8:15 am yesterday.
Newscentre five understands, Mr. Babb was seated in a passengers side of a parked motor vehicle, when he was approached by a man armed with a gun.
The assailant fired several shots and fled the scene.
Mr. Babb was pronounced dead, upon arrival at hospital.
Meanwhile, the early morning shooting in Petit Valley, claims the life of one man.
Police say, Terrance Clarke also known as “Timeless” was attacked and shot at, Upper Simeon Road around midnight yesterday.
He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead around 12:27 yesterday morning.
A shooting in the capital city, left one man dead and another nursing gun shot wounds.
Investigators say, Mosi Ross also known as “Buss Up” and another man were on Charlotte Street around 9:45 on Saturday, night when they were shot.
Mr. Ross was declared dead on arriving at the hospital, while another man wounded in the incident remains in a stable condition.
